Graduate Engineer Trainee

Job Description

1. Take responsibility for designing, modifying, and maintaining software components used in product testing and qualification throughout the product lifecycle in development and manufacturing settings.
2. Develop intermediate-level software primarily in Python and TCL/TK, enhancing the functionality of existing testing systems across various manufacturing regions. This includes coordinating development efforts with cross-functional teams such as product development, manufacturing, marketing, and quality assurance.
3. Conduct electrical testing on high-speed cable assemblies, analyze collected data to identify quality-critical aspects in product design and manufacturing, perform root cause analysis, and compile reports summarizing the findings.
4. Develop and execute test plans, perform software reviews, validate system functionality, analyze and troubleshoot failure modes, and thoroughly document test results.
5. Adhere to and contribute towards quality and environmental management systems by following approved procedures and policies.
